Navigo Explorer Stay Points in three package options:
Navigo Explorer Stay Points in three package options: Discovery
Explorer, Premium Explorer or Ultimate Explorer. Stay Points may be
applied toward accommodations in the following Club Navigo resorts:
Charter Club Resort Of Naples Bay, Naples, Florida; Chenay Bay Beach
Resort, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands; The Cove On Ormond Beach,
Ormond Beach, Florida; Crescent Resort On South Beach, Miami South
Beach, Florida; Liki Tiki Village, Orlando, Florida. Club Navigo reserves
the right at any time to add, remove or substitute locations where
Navigo Explorer Stay Points may be used.

Premium Explorer and Ultimate Explorer members may also
apply their Stay Points toward a cruise vacation for two adults
(double occupancy required) in conjunction with a Club Navigo
resort stay as a “Land & Sea package.” Premium Explorer and Ultimate
Explorer members who reserve a cruise vacation are entitled to
standard interior accommodations aboard a four (4) day cruise.
Accommodations are an entry level cabin. Cabin accommodations
may be upgraded for an additional fee. Travel must commence within
24 months of the date issued and is based on cabin availability. All
reservation requirements described in these details of participation
must be met. All bookings are subject to availability. Select sail dates
may require an upgrade fee to travel. Minimum 90 day advance notice
on all cruise reservations. Cruise vacations must originate from one
of the following ports: Tampa, FL; Miami, FL; or Port Canaveral, FL.
Premium Explorer and Ultimate Explorer members are required to
have completed a stay at a Club Navigo resort prior to being able
to apply their Stay Points toward a cruise vacation unless the cruise
reservation is made as part of a “Land & Sea package” reservation.
At the time of reservation, members are responsible for agency
fees and government taxes up to $266 per person. Additional fuel
supplements per guest, per day based on double occupancy apply
to all cruise vacations. The amount of fuel supplement is subject to
change and Club Navigo reserves the right to pass these costs through
to Premium Explorer and Ultimate Explorer members. Gratuities and
items of a personal nature are not included and are the responsibility
of each Premium Explorer and Ultimate Explorer member. Once
Premium Explorer and Ultimate Explorer members have paid in full,
this program is non-refundable. Limited to one cruise vacation per
Premium or Ultimate Explorer package. All agency fees, government
taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to change. Ask your cruise
vacation counselor for details.
Usage: Navigo Explorer members will be required to attend a Club
Navigo preview during each stay. If married, both husband and wife
must attend the preview together. If a member does not attend the
full preview, the member will be liable for an additional $100.00 for
each day the accommodations are occupied. Club Navigo may charge
the amount due against the funds the member has already paid
as a contract benefit, and the member will be responsible for any
additional charges in excess of this amount. After Navigo Explorer
members have attended their first Club Navigo preview during their
first stay, Club Navigo will provide a fifty dollar ($50) gift certificate
toward purchases at Shipwreck Sally’s located at Liki Tiki Village
(excluding taxes and gratuities). Navigo Explorer members will be
limited to one fifty dollar ($50) gift certificate per Navigo Explorer
package purchased.
Vacation: Stay Points may be used as soon as they are available
and based upon payment schedule. Thus, a Discovery Explorer
member may use Stay Points after paying for the Discovery Explorer
membership in full, while Premium Explorer and Ultimate Explorer
members may use Stay Points after having paid a minimum of one
thousand one hundred ninety five dollars ($1,195.00) toward their
Premium Explorer or Ultimate Explorer membership. Points listed in
the Destinations section of the Navigo Explorer Member Guide are
for full week and daily usages. Navigo Explorer members may make
a reservation for any resort villa size and length of stay or a cruise
vacation (for Premium Explorer and Ultimate Explorer members) with
Stay Points values equal to or less than the number of Stay Points
obtained by the member, based upon availability. Club Navigo has
the right to revise Stay Points assignments for reservations made for
Club Navigo resort stays and cruise vacations from time to time. As a
consequence of Club Navigo’s right to revise Stay Points assignments,
Navigo Explorer members are advised that the number of Stay Points
required to make a reservation for an accommodation at a particular
resort, or during a particular season, or for a particular day or unit type
may increase or decrease. Resort stays require a three-night minimum.
Cruise vacations require a four-night minimum. Navigo Explorer
members may take a maximum of three (3) stays at Club Navigo
resorts in connection with a Discovery Explorer, Premium Explorer,
or Ultimate Explorer membership. Stay Points for Discovery Explorer
or Premium Explorer packages must be used within 18 months after
the effective date of purchase and Stay Points for Ultimate Explorer
must be used within 24 months after the effective date of purchase
(the “membership period”). The membership period of the Discovery
Explorer or Premium Explorer may be extended on a one-time basis
only by six months for an additional fee of $99. It is recommended
that members make reservation requests as early as possible to
increase the opportunity to receive desired dates and resort location.
All reservation requests are subject to space availability and Club
Navigo reservation priority rules. Navigo Explorer benefits are valid
only during the Navigo Explorer membership period. Any unused
Stay Points remaining after three (3) stays have been reserved at Club
Navigo resorts will automatically expire. Any unused Navigo Explorer
benefits remaining after the Navigo Explorer membership period
has expired will be forfeited. Benefits are subject to change without
notice. If changed, the substitute benefit will be of equal or greater
value than the replaced benefit.
Reservation Fee and Verification. A one hundred dollar ($100)
reservation fee (the “Reservation Fee”) will be charged to secure each
vacation. The Reservation Fee will be fully refunded after check-in at
the Club Navigo resort. If a reservation is cancelled or the guest does
not arrive for a scheduled reservation, the Reservation Fee will not be
refunded. To request a reservation cancellation, contact Club Navigo
via phone or email. Members may request new vacation dates, as long
as the rescheduled check-in is during the member’s Navigo Explorer
membership period. Club Navigo will send a written verification of
a reservation within 14 days after confirmation, with directions and
check-in times.
Arrival Details. The written confirmation and two forms of
identification (driver’s license and a major credit card) must be
presented at check-in. A credit card imprint and authorization will
be required upon resort check-in to cover a security deposit and any
incidental charges.
Cancellation. The purchase of the Navigo Explorer may be cancelled
within 10 days after the member signs the Navigo Explorer
Agreement; otherwise, it is non-refundable. If a member decides to
cancel the Navigo Explorer Agreement, the member must notify Club
Navigo in writing at: Attn: Navigo Explorer, 8680 Commodity Circle,
Orlando, FL 32819. No member should rely upon representations
other than those included in the Navigo Explorer Agreement. Navigo
Explorer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Limitations. Club Navigo is not responsible for any defaults,
negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages in respect to or
arising out of services or properties of independent third parties.
Club Navigo assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written
representations made in conjunction with this offer by any third party
distributors or their agents.
Restrictions. Navigo Explorer is not valid with any other promotional
offer. Limit one Navigo Explorer membership purchase per family.
The maximum number of people (including all children) who may
occupy resort accommodations is: ten in a three-bedroom villa; six in
a two-bedroom villa; four in a one-bedroom villa; and two to four in
a studio villa. This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes,
tips, telephone calls or any other incidentals. No pets allowed. This
offer is not redeemable for cash; is not transferable and is void where
prohibited by law.
Price Protection for Full Club Navigo Membership. Members who
upgrade to full Club Navigo membership on their first stay at a Club
Navigo resort made through this Navigo Explorer program may
purchase a Club Navigo membership at the price offered for such
membership at the Club Navigo preview attended by the member at
the date of the purchase of the Navigo Explorer membership (valid
on timeshare interest purchases $11,500 or over and only during the
Navigo Explorer membership period).
Navigo Explorer Toward Full Club Navigo Membership. Club Navigo
may credit currently-paid Navigo Explorer payments (less finance
charges, if any) toward a Club Navigo timeshare interest purchase.
The balance of any Navigo Explorer Stay Points may still be used in
accordance with the Navigo Explorer member’s first Club Navigo
Reservation Request Period and other Club Navigo rules. When a
member makes a Club Navigo interval purchase, the unpaid balance of
the Navigo Explorer package will be waived.
