The retail value of all Navigo Explorer benefits is $1,995.

Usage. Navigo Explorer guests will be required to attend a Club Navigo sales presentation during their vacation stay.

Vacation. You may not occupy your vacation week accommodations until your Navigo Explorer has been paid in full. Your vacation week must be used by you within 18 months of the date you purchase Navigo Explorer. You may extend your usage window six months beyond your Navigo Explorer expiration date for an additional fee of $99. You may extend your usage window beyond your expiration date only once (for a maximum Navigo Explorer membership length of two years). You must request your vacation week at least 60 days in advance of your desired check-in date. We recommend that you make your request as early as possible to increase the opportunity for you to receive your desired dates and resort location. An additional surcharge may apply for certain high demand weeks at some resorts.

All requests for accommodations are subject to blackout dates and availability.

The following weeks are not available at the noted resorts. Grand Seas Resort: 2007: 51, 52, and Event Weeks 6, 7, 9, 25, 42, and 46. 2008: 51, 52, and Event Weeks 6, 7, 9, 25, 42, and 47. 2009: Weeks 12, 13, 51, 52, and Event Weeks 6, 7, 9, 25, 26, 41, 42, and 47. The Cove On Ormond Beach: 2007: 14, 51, 52, and Event Weeks 6, 7, 9, 25, and 42. 2008: 13, 51, 52, and Event Weeks 6, 7, 9, 25, and 42. 2009: Weeks 14, 15, and Event Weeks 6, 7, 25, 26, 41, and 42. Crescent Resort On South Beach: 2007: Weeks 6, 8, 46, 47, and 52. 2008: Weeks 6, 8, 47, 48, and 52. 2009: Weeks 1-15, 46, 47, 51, and 52.

Car Rental. Request your eight-day intermediate-size car rental at least 60 days in advance of your desired pick-up date. Taxes and insurance not included. You may request an upgrade to a larger size car and/or for a longer rental period, for an additional charge at the time you make your reservation. Valid only for use in Florida.

Cruise Certificate. The 3-day/3-night Royal Caribbean cruise certificate is valid for two adults. Port charges and taxes additional. (See cruise certificate for full details of participation.)

$100 Darden Restaurants Gift Card. Your gift card will be issued at the time you check into a Club Navigo resort for your Navigo Explorer vacation.

Confirmation. Club Navigo will send you written verification of your reservation within 14 days of confirmation, with directions and check-in times.

Arrival Details. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (driver’s license and a major credit card) must be presented at check-in. A credit card imprint will be required upon resort check-in to cover a security deposit and any incidental charges.

Cancellations & Reschedules. This Navigo Explorer may be cancelled within 10 days after you sign the Navigo Explorer Agreement; otherwise, it is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your Navigo Explorer Agreement, you must notify Club Navigo, Attn: Navigo Explorer, 8680 Commodity Circle, Orlando, FL 32819. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in the Navigo Explorer Agreement. Navigo Explorer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You may cancel a confirmed vacation week as close as 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. A $50 administration fee will be due before a new request can be processed (1) if cancelled less than 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, and/or (2) if you make more than two cancellations.

To request a reservation cancellation, contact us via phone or email. You may request a new vacation week, as long as your rescheduled check-in is no more than 18 months from the date which you purchased this Navigo Explorer. Limit two cancellations.

Limitations. Club Navigo is not responsible for any defaults, negligence, loss, injury, death, or other damages in respect to or arising out of services or properties of independent third parties. Club Navigo assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.

Restrictions. Navigo Explorer is not valid with any other promotional offer. The maximum number of people who may occupy resort accommodations is (including all children): six in a two-bedroom villa and four in a one-bedroom villa. This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls, or incidentals. No pets allowed. This offer is not redeemable for cash and is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

Navigo Explorer Toward Full Club Navigo Membership. Club Navigo will credit up to $500 of the cost of your Navigo Explorer (less finance charges, if any) toward your Club Navigo interval purchase.This credit is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable.
